Watch the pass-through fees: courts and DMVs charge access fees that Checkr passes through at cost, and reviewers report bills well above the sticker price in fee-heavy states. Add-ons are also per-check: MVR $9.50, identity verification $4.99, employment verification from $12.50, drug screening from $10. Checkr also sells separate Tenant ($24.99 to $44.99/report) and Personal (free profile; self checks from $49.99) products.
Prices are per background check report (Workforce packages), pay as you go. Third-party court and DMV access fees are passed through at cost on top of the report price.
